This clinic is a dump. I felt incredibly sick. I went to the ER, and they told me, "Your case isn't an emergency." The service was awful; they made me go there for nothing. 😡 The entire service was terrible. I don't recommend it. They didn't even give me any medication.

Terrible experience in the emergency room. We went at night and despite there being very few people, triage took almost an hour, only for the nurse to discharge us without even giving us medication, instructions, or warning signs.

I cannot believe the ineptitude of the doctors and professionals at Clinica Chicamocha La Rosita in Bucaramanga. I want to put "0" stars but Google does not include that category. My mother went for a standard procedure (a biopsia to remove some fibrosis in her uterus). It had been organised with months in advance and they had done the anaesthetic test and blood test prior the procedure. Two days ago she went, they did the operation and wanted to send her back home immediately. Our private nurse and relatives complained because she was having nausea and lost of balance. Long story short, the doctors perforated her uterus, the internal membranes, her intestines and sent her home. She got peritonitis and is now back at the clinic. They still don't know what happened with the original biopsia (the tissue they removed). How can they get 5 stars in Google? That is beyond my comprehension.
