My aunt arranged my laser surgery appointment here, emphasizing it as one of the best. Hesitant to call myself due to concerns about overcharging foreigners, I arrived precisely on time, expecting to undergo the planned exams and surgery. To my dismay, none of the necessary appointments were scheduled, and the staff provided inaccurate information. Despite assurances of a potential same-day surgery, I discovered that I couldn’t proceed until Thursday. The clinic’s lack of internal communication led to conflicting details; even the pre-appointment documents contradicted the instructions given at the clinic. The inconsistency among staff responses and unnecessary exams resulted in a wasted investment and a frustrating experience. I advise against choosing this clinic due to the confusion and misinformation. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
This eye clinic is terrible. I paid for the external consultation option. Consultation was very short (7 min aprox), did not have opportunity to ask questions and doctor did not check the ocular surface properly. The doctor misdiagnosed me multiple times even though I was begging him to order more exams and reconsider his diagnosis because I only worsened during his care. Doctor never reviewed other medical documents I showed him in his 5 minute follow up appointments that I paid in full. Not sure how you are able to provide a decent service when doctors do not listen to patients or are interested in their case. Highly regret going here.
Do not go here. The scheduling is terrible and they will change the price for foreigners! Quoted at 4 to 6,000,000 for both eyes. After $1,500,000 for the basic screening they quoted me another $9,500,000 for the surgery. This was for a basic myopia of -1.
