We are very disappointed with the care at this clinic. The lack of organization and communication among the staff causes both patients and their families a great deal of uncertainty. Waiting times are excessive, even for situations requiring prompt attention, and the treatment received from some staff members leaves much to be desired. Healthcare should not only be efficient but also accompanied by respect, empathy, and good communication. We hope they take steps to improve the service and provide the human touch that patients deserve.
