The worst experience ever.
Completely incompetent doctors made me wait from 7pm to 8am for an exam that could have done in 1 hour.
At the end magically I had to pay 400 more of what I already paid because of something that never explained to me.
Treated me with no respect and attitude especially the blond girl at the receptions

Do not go here!!
Super inefficient hospital, no one speaks english and of you aren’t pushing the nurses every 5 minutes noting happens.
They make you wait and wait and wait. They don’t give you water or food, communication is terrible and everything takes hours. We spend here 2 days with very poor results and basically waiting for noting..

During our stay multiple people shouted at the staff for being left alone and things taking extremely long.

Help yourself and go somewhere else!

Everything went pretty fast and the team seemed
Professional, the doctor came to check on me couple of times and I could really feel she cares. It’s a pretty good hospital for South America standards .

If you have an emergency, be ready to spend several hours waiting. Bring a sweater, the A/C works well but after some time it might get cold. If you have to receive IV laying down you will not get a pillow and a blanket. If you are a foreigner the paperwork is a long red tape. You have to pay 500,000 cop in advance and if the treatment you received costs less you have to claim the money back. They accept foreign credit cards. The cashier works only until 2 pm during the December holidays. If you have to come back to claim the money be ready to wait more because it takes 20 minutes to only pull the file. Then after about 30 minutes, they might tell you that the internet is down. Good luck!
