Excellent facilities, excellent customer service. For me, one of the best clinics in Medellín. The staff is super empathetic and friendly; it's a real pleasure to go there.

It's a clinic specializing in cancer patients. The patients are scared and unwell. The receptionists' service is terrible; they don't even greet you or smile. More than professionals, they're the face of the company, and arriving for treatment and receiving that kind of treatment is insulting and frankly negligent.
