I recently completed more than one year of dental work at Clinica Artica including a dental extraction, implant, reconstruction and finally, a crown. Dr. Arango and Dr. Mejia professionalism, care and expertise are second to none. I also appreciated being able to discuss my care plan in English. Clinica Artica and the entire team have exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate. They are fantastic. Highly recommended.

This review is after 2 years of attending this location.

It’s a great location, English speaking, friendly staff, and they are very client focused. The receptionists are wonderful, so are the dental assistants.

I also got Invisalign done here. It was okay, 7.5/10 could’ve been better.

Dr. Jaime could be more transparent when it comes to pricing of service (he is a great seller as most Colombians are, but definitely takes advantage).

And he also shaved down my teeth without asking me or for my consent, to which he never apologized. My teeth are visibly different now.

He also ignorantly tried to say he didn’t shave my teeth and after I showed him before and after photos, he reluctantly said he could fix it, but never apologized.

He did fix it to the best of his ability but if he had just been more honest and transparent things could’ve been resolved better. My teeth of course won’t ever be the same.

I know people can be proud but if you can’t acknowledge your own error I lose respect for you.

I will use the location for maintenance service like a cleaning in the future.

I´m finishing my Invisalign treatment and I´m very satisfied so far. Very responsible and professional. The cleaning with Jenny was phenomenal, the best in my entire dental history. Absolutely the best dentist in Medellin area. Did a cleaning of my teeth here never felt so clean in my mouth before so from now this is the only dentist I will visit. Affordable also can't be more happy highly recommended!

While living in medellin I visited Clinica Artica for all my dental work. I can say they have an outstanding office, friendly and helpful staff.

I don't speak spanish and they made the whole process very simple and seamless for me.

Dr. Carlos is very honest and I would highly recommend his services!
