My experience with Dr. Andrés Mojica was generally very positive. From the initial consultation, I received excellent care, with clear explanations about the procedure and a highly professional approach. The personal assistant was very attentive to me throughout the pre-surgery process, promptly answering my questions and providing constant support, which gave me a lot of confidence in making the decision to have the surgery.

The surgery went very well, and during the first few months, I received regular checkups and timely care. Both the doctor and his team demonstrated professionalism and concern for my recovery.

However, I believe that the follow-up could be improved. After about two months, I stopped receiving checkups, even though a final evaluation was scheduled for three months later. It has now been five months since my surgery, and the communication is no longer the same as at the beginning; messages often take a long time to be answered, or sometimes they go unanswered.

Despite this, I am grateful for the care I received during the most important stages of the process and for the management of my surgery. My recommendation would be to strengthen the support and follow-up for patients in the final recovery phase.
