They schedule more appointments than they can handle.
To renew my license, I had to go three different days and wait a total of more than five hours. They schedule appointments for everyone, but ultimately they don't have the capacity or time to serve them all, making people wait for hours. Just to get to the reception desk to pay and start the process, I had to wait more than an hour.
Even though it was my third day there and I'd already been waiting quite a while, the man in charge let another woman go ahead of me because she had to come back. When I told him I'd been going for three days straight, he ignored me and let the woman who had just arrived go first, while I'd been waiting for two hours. The rest of the staff is friendly and does the best they can with the poor management.
The time I considered for the entire process was adequate; in my case, it was 1 hour and 15 minutes. Clearly, it also depends on the number of people since it's on a first-come, first-served basis, but everything is very organized, and you leave one appointment and immediately move on to the next.
Slow service. It took over an hour to complete the process, even though I was first in line. The facilities have air conditioning, but they say it's faulty.
I arrived after 7 a.m. and the renewal process took no more than an hour and a half. I returned the same day at 2 p.m. to pick up my new license. Excellent service!
