Terrible customer service and attention, they never answered WhatsApp so we went directly and they gave us an appointment for July 6, 2026 at 7 am. We arrived first and they hadn't opened yet. When we finally got in they told us that the appointment wasn't at 7 am but at 3 pm and that we had to come back as if they were giving us the tickets for free.

The experience was extremely unpleasant. They provide an email address and phone number to schedule an appointment, but no one responds. I went all the way there to make an appointment, arriving at 9 am, and they didn't see me until 2 pm to give me the appointment. It's unbelievable how disorganized they are when it comes to scheduling appointments.

The service is terrible. They have no respect for patients, they give out phone numbers that are never answered, and going in person to make an appointment is torture. They're incredibly slow, and the amount of time wasted is awful. It's terrible. I'm giving it one star, but it doesn't deserve anything.
