I lent 84,000 pesos for a date with no man! And there was a man on the date! Then they were rude to me, leaving me a piece of paper that said I was supposedly being rude.

These are private exams, supposedly the service should be better than an EPS (health insurance provider), but it's not. The receptionist is the same one who performs the lab tests, so everything is clearly very delayed and more cumbersome.

It's unbelievable that they're making people wait because all the staff are on lunch. It's supposed to be a continuous workday until 4 pm. It's unacceptable.

Their whatsapp told me they could get me the services i need. Then when i showed up the staff had no idea what i was talking about. Then made me wait 40 min for nothing.

I had a transvaginal ultrasound and went to the gynecologist, who told me it was incomplete, so I had to pay for another one. Very bad service. I also went for a urinary tract ultrasound and received very poor service at reception. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
