Terrible service for scheduling an appointment; it takes more than 2 hours for the advisor or receptionist, Tatiana Quiñonez, to respond; she is not at all diligent.

The service at admissions is terrible. They make patients jump through hoops to get an appointment. First to surgery, then to the appointments office, and finally to be seen, and the staff are grumpy. They might see you after two hours, but you have to arrive two hours early.

Tower B, 7th floor, module 50: Excellent service, and the kindness of the staff in providing well-prepared coffee was appreciated. I would respectfully suggest, if possible, adding water or herbal tea.
I respectfully suggest that messages displayed on the television screen be paused for a little longer to allow for better reading and avoid straining the eyes while trying to absorb or retain the text; most of us are senior citizens. When I read, and perhaps others do as well, I want to analyze and process the message. Thank you and congratulations.
