The service upon arrival could be significantly improved. One member of the team seemed more pressured than friendly, which made the atmosphere feel a bit awkward from the start. I believe that in places like this, attitude and how people are treated make all the difference to the overall experience.

Our experience at this clinic has been a complete success. It has been wonderful. Dr. Girón is not only a capable and intelligent doctor, but also a man with tremendous empathy for his patients. The staff at this clinic are all friendly and attentive, but Mrs. Claudia, who works on the second floor, helped and guided us through the process, making us feel like family. This is something we really appreciate when you're not from the country. The facilities are modern and, above all, very clean. We also took the opportunity to have my mother-in-law have an eye exam and get new glasses, in addition to my husband's eye surgery, and this experience was also very satisfactory.
