I went for a gastroscopy. I arrived at 7 a.m. because they supposedly operate on a first-come, first-served basis. I had to wait five hours to be seen, while they let in people who arrived later and ignored my complaints. I think it's a complete lack of respect to make us wait for so long.
Terrible service. They make you wait a long time, and the receptionist at the Bolaños branch is an arrogant and obnoxious woman. Even if you pay privately, they make you wait as if you had all the time in the world. They don't consider their patients. The service is awful. If you have the chance to go to this place, I recommend you reconsider. The WORST optical shop in Pasto.
