It's nearly impossible to get through to them, and the service is very inconsistent. There's a serious lack of professionalism and training among the staff responsible for communications and customer service.

The service is excellent. They are professional, friendly, and very punctual. The online appointment scheduling system (for non-emergency appointments) is super-efficient.
