In my experience with a 7:00 AM appointment, the entire process took 50 minutes. There is motorcycle parking, very friendly receptionists, and excellent and kind doctors. It took a little longer than I expected, but everything was very manageable. My recommendation is to go with a positive attitude and choose a room where the speaker is close; it's almost inaudible in the hallways.
