TERRIBLE. If you have the chance to go to this place, don't. How is it possible that a gynecologist would be rude and disrespectful to a patient? The woman who helps the doctor write up the results is incredibly rude. Terrible quality. Terrible facilities. Terrible service. Terrible. EVERYTHING is terrible. The worst part is that you pay a lot for your private health insurance only to be sent to such awful places.
I saw the doctor who was going to see me not wearing gloves when he put the condom on the transvaginal ultrasound device. Fortunately, I had a transabdominal ultrasound, but he insisted I have to have a transvaginal one. I felt uncomfortable because, besides his insistent comments, he wasn't wearing gloves, he was in a bad mood, and he kept trying to use his cell phone.
This is place is good and affordable, recently switched to cloud imaging so it's great for forwarding studies to doctor. You don't need an appointment but it's always good to make one.
The service was terrible. I went with my 18-month-old daughter who had an accident, and there was nowhere to change her. I had to use the chairs in the hallway. The radiologist had no patience with her, even though she was dealing with a baby. The radiology room was infested with cockroaches and filthy, and the wait for the results was endless, even when they were already there. And on top of that, it was expensive. I don't recommend it. I left very dissatisfied; we're talking about health, and the place was far too unsanitary.
