I sought out this clinic looking for a definitive solution to my problem with four missing upper teeth. My biggest issue was that I didn't have enough bone for traditional implants. The only option offered elsewhere was bone grafting, but based on experiences with family members who had the same problem, I wasn't confident in those procedures. Besides, there was a long waiting period and many risks.
