I had surgery 12 years ago with Dr. Fredy Carvajal, and honestly, from the beginning, my nose was a mess. I had constant appointments with him to try and fix the tip, which was detached from the bridge of my nose, using hyaluronic acid. It looked like a reindeer's nose. I've wanted to fix it, but the truth is, secondary surgeries with a certified ENT and plastic surgeon are very expensive. I'm still saving up to fix this disaster of a nose. It's crooked, the nostrils are deformed, and the scars are completely visible and poorly done.

I do not recommend Dr. Freddy Carvajal, he made a procedure to my friend

Like many other patients whose reviews I have read, my experience was very negative. The outcome of my surgery was not what I expected; my nose was left deformed, with completely asymmetrical nostrils and a nasal dorsum that is practically nonexistent. It looks completely flat, with no definition or natural shape.

I attempted to contact the doctor to request a follow-up consultation, especially since I am currently living abroad. However, I was denied any form of remote consultation and was told that I had to return in person, which is completely unreasonable given my situation—something they were already aware of.

I find the lack of follow-up care and professional accountability very concerning. It is not only about the aesthetic result, but also the unwillingness to take responsibility for patient concerns.

I definitely do not recommend him.

I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Freddy Carvajal for rhinoplasty procedures.

It looks completely flat, without definition or a natural shape.

Well what can I say. I was referred to this place by my girlfriend and thought it would be a good idea to straighten my nose and fix my divieted septom. Met with Dr. Carbajal and he told me that he would fix tge dovieted septome but the look of the nose looks awful and changed drastically how my nose looks which i spicifically asked him not to do just fix the inside of my nose. I would not referrer anybody to do surgery becaused the doctors are acustomed to making mistakes so you go a second time for a second surgery....
