Absolutely the best place. Everything from initial consultation to the surgery happened within 3 days without any prior appointments. Front desk staff were lovely, professional and very accommodating. Special thanks to Juliana and Melissa for working with my little Spanish knowledge and helping me throughout the process. The Surgeon Dr. Eduardo Polania Jose speaks English and explained every step in detail. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for LASIK surgery.
Highly recommended Bogotá Laser. I originally was scheduled to get Crosslinking done to stop the progression of keratoconus (DO NOT RUB YOUR EYES) and after discussing my options with Dra. Vargas she recommend me to go ahead and get Lasik done as well. I was very nervous at first, given that my vision was starting to get blurry due to constant rubbing of the cornea but she assured me that my vision would improve drastically if done. I had about 2 1/2 weeks before having to come back to the states. Showed up on a Wednesday morning and by that Friday I had an appointment to get the procedure done. Was quick and easy. The full process took about ~30 min (Both Crosslinking/Lasik). The first night was rough but they provided everything you need to make it through the night (All the medication needed and they also have a pharmacy in the same building to get the eye drops needed). The wait time was a bit long but, given that EVERYTHING is literally in the same building they made the whole process very efficient especially for a foreigner. All the tests were done the same day. 2 months later my vision has been the best its been in years. I am thankful to the whole Bogotá Laser Eye Center team.
I got my eye surgery on this clinic and i must to say i have wonderful results. I never felt pain, the Doctors are amazing because they explain you every detail and also the staff. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends because patient care comes first. Thank You !!
