My wife and I recently visited BioXcellerator, and our experience was exceptional. The clinic is immaculate, modern, and highly professional. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were receiving a world-class level of care. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
I would highly recommend BioXcellerator to anyone dealing with back pain, joint pain, or other musculoskeletal issues.
I had treatment on my knee, shoulder, ankle, and lumbar spine, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results. I’m feeling very confident that the treatment will make a significant difference, particularly with my back.
A special thanks to Santiago, our concierge, who was fantastic throughout our visit. He was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule, allowing us to fit in some sightseeing during our stay. His excellent service made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

My experience at Bioxcellerator was mind blowing! It far exceeded my expectations! I watched a lot of YouTube testimonials and they are all true about the service, the care and the results! My two doctors that treated my shoulders, knees and lumbar spine where very detailed oriented in explaining my injuries and treatment plan. The entire staff are very kind and caring! Although I can't yet give my opinion on the results yet, I do have five friends who got treatments before me and had nothing but positive things to say. I have no doubt that once I get to the third and forth month, ill be starting to feel like a superhuman! I was doing research about Bioxcellerator from five years ago as well as other clinics! BioX has their own state of art laboratory and cell bank. You can watch them prepare your stemcells just before you receive the IV drip. Its all in house. They don't buy their stemcells from a third party as many other clinics do! The viability of the cells can drop significantly in just three to four hours. They analyze your blood before and after. They consult you on your diet and what supplements you may need or are deficient in. They also send you to a physical therapist to check your movement patterns before and after your stemcell therapy. I am very athletic, mobile, and am very serious into anti-aging. I know my own body pretty well, but they still found some inefficient movement patterns that I wasn't even aware of. They really want you to move better so you get the most out of your stemcells. In my experience, you dont get this much attention to detail in the US. My concierge, Santiago, treated me and my wife like we were rock stars. They treated me like a professional athlete! I plan to go back up and bring other friends and my father in law for treatment. I highly recommend Bioxcellerator!

We had been doing a lot of research over the past couple of years due to my husband’s physical health. In an attempt to keep him from needing yet another surgery so soon, we decided this was the best option. Not only was this our first time visiting the BioXcellerator Clinic, but it was also our first trip to Colombia, so I will say I was extremely anxious. That being said, the team at BioXcellerator did an amazing job guiding us through the entire week and really made us feel supported every step of the way.
Santiago, our Patient Concierge, even went as far as FaceTiming us to walk us through step-by-step directions to get us back to the hotel. It was a little embarrassing on our end, but he was incredibly patient and gracious about it. They also arranged transportation for us to and from the clinic, the airport, and even to an MRI appointment at a separate location.
Overall, it was a really great experience. Hopefully, by our next visit, we’ll have learned some Spanish, which will make communicating with the local community outside the clinic a little easier as well. Thank you all for being so accommodating and kind — we greatly appreciate it!

My experience at BioX was absolutely exceptional starting with the utterly amazing, professional, high-educated and equally kind staff. I loved them all. I come from a medical device background and found that their approach to medicine and treatments were followed with the highest regard to protocols, science, rigor and discipline. They kindly took the time to explain what and why they were doing things. In addition, they had a “Meet the Scientists” session where we heard more about STEM cells and equally important to answer questions. That was wonderful and appreciated. Also of extreme importance, they did not allow certain procedures if they believed you were contraindicated. My experience was exceptional. All of us came in with physical pain and desperation for a better quality of life. My new “friends” and I leave with renewed optimism for an active life, better “us” for our family and friends and a sense of peace. We will know more over the next few months. The staff does not over promise - our optimism comes from outcomes from others. I highly recommend BioXcellerator. I am grateful for this experience.
