The entire staff at Bellatriz Clinic was very kind, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable.
The specialists explain each procedure clearly and answer all questions.

Terrible service. Waiting times that are an insult to the patient. Trained professionals, but excessively arrogant. Five-minute checkups (maximum) that feel like a rip-off. I think they forget that you're paying for a service.

I traveled from Bogotá to Pasto to explore Nariño, visit friends, and relax. I booked a spa session at Clínica Bellatriz and loved the experience:
The entire clinic, the wet areas, and all other spa spaces were impeccably clean, creating a very tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
I felt very well taken care of by all the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and cheerful.
At the spa, I was always accompanied by someone who guided me, so I never felt lost. They also asked how I was feeling and ensured that the pressure, temperature, and other aspects were adjusted to my preferences.
I left feeling very satisfied and relaxed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

We feel ripped off by this clinic. On Friday, January 23rd of this year, we went as private patients to inquire about having some warts removed from my wife's neck. They told us it was no problem, that the consultation cost 240,000 and the removal 300,000. We agreed and paid. A short time later, they didn't call her to see the dermatologist, who then told us it would cost 700,000. We complained to the two rude women at the reception desk, but they offered no solution whatsoever, neither a refund for the consultation nor any explanation for telling us one price and then trying to charge us more than double. I see very bad reviews from people who feel robbed like we did. What a disgrace of a clinic, not recommended at all.
