This has been the best spa service I have ever had.
After years of living in different countries, my bestie and I were long overdue for a girl's day. We came to Akzara Wellness Center & Spa. Everything was perfect. The professionalism was top notch.

When I later discovered I had an allergy, I returned for an assessment. They immediately did an assessment and provided even more top notch service.
Words cannot express my sincere appreciation for the staff at Akzara Wellness Center &.Spa in Medellin, Columbia.

I’ve been coming here 5 times in the last 4 years and the quality of the massage has really gone downhill. The masseur was gentle, too gentle to the point that you can only feel her barely touching your skin. She spent so much time rubbing oil on your skin but put no effort in putting any pressure. During the 2 hour session, she left 3 times to blow her nose or do whatever she was doing in the bathroom. My appointment is toward the end of the day (5pm) and she was clearly tired (heard her yawning a few times). The energy and enthusiasm were definitely lacking. The massage was definitely not relaxing and it was a waste of my time and money.
Come here if you want an oily body rub, please go elsewhere if you’re looking for a relaxing massage. It was good years ago and it’s very disappointing how it gone downhill.

The prices are more than fair for the quality of service provided. The greetings, introductions, accommodations, and techniques are all delivered with care and professionalism. The entire place smells amazing, with aromatherapy thoughtfully integrated throughout the space to enhance relaxation.

The staff is outstanding — every single team member is well-trained and attentive. This is, without a doubt, one of the best spas in Medellín. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely rejuvenating experience.

I had a good deep cleaning facial here. The aesthetician was nice and informative.

This spa is differnt than I am accustomed to. They bring you right to the room where you get your severice and then you leave. There was no sauna, whirlpool, or area to lounge around. So set your expectations accordingly.
