We book a 80 min massage treatment. Then they took us to the hot tubs areas and it was more relaxing. My cousin said his massage was the best he had. Mine was alright but still super relaxing.

The massage therapist assigned to my fiancé—a woman with long hair tied back, wearing glasses—repeatedly left the room after only five minutes of treatment, attending to other clients no less than six or seven times. This constant interruption made it impossible for him to relax or receive adequate service. Meanwhile, the therapist assigned to me (a woman with black and gold streaks) found this unacceptable behavior amusing, even giggling at the situation.
Furthermore, my father-in-law was completely neglected for an entire hour after requesting assistance, only to be abruptly dismissed because another customer had arrived. This level of disregard for patrons is inexcusable.
Additionally, I must bring to your attention serious concerns regarding the women’s locker room. There is a security camera positioned in an area where privacy should be paramount, despite a posted disclaimer that the hotel assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items. If no liability is accepted, the presence of a camera raises alarming questions about its purpose. Women should be warned: there may be a pervert exploiting this surveillance.
The hygiene standards were equally appalling. The shower stalls were filthy, with hair strewn about, making them unusable.
This establishment operates more like a scam than a legitimate spa, as echoed in previous reviews. The experience was less about professional massage therapy and more about unprofessional, seductive behavior. I strongly advise anyone seeking authentic massage services to avoid this location at all costs.
