Great all around experience. The staff is amazing the amenities are well maintained. I used the steam room. Sauna. Received a massage with wine and fruit. I would recommend their services

Update September, 2025:

To the spas credit they reached out after my original review to try and make it right. I appreciate their efforts and I visited again for another facial. This time the technician was much better and the service was better overall. I have updated my rating to reflect this. It's still not a high end spa but they do try and they want to make your experience good.

I had a cleaning facial. The service is adequate. It is not a very luxurious setting and it is basic at best.

When I was brought into the room they asked me to just lay on the table, fully dressed including my shoes. Then they started the facial and when it was finished my shirt and scalp were wet because they don't pull your hair back or put a towel around your neck. Just a poor experience overall. Several people walked in and out of the room during my service.

The service was good and the massage was good BUT the noise from the workers outside completely ruined the massage and tranquility experience, additionally there is a clock in the room that makes a lot of noise and does not allow relaxation, to make matters worse somebody opened the door while I was in the middle of my massage which woke me up and ruined the experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend. They really need to train their employees that are in the hallway or front desk regarding respect for the clients that are paying for a quiet and relaxing massage. Opening the door in the middle of the massage was the last straw that made me regret coming here.

I had a great experience. I didn’t have any problems but people really nice and I enjoyed it. I came with my girlfriend. I did think the price was a little high but I did have a good time the people were nice.

I've been to spas all around the world. This is by far the absolute best 4 hour spa experience I've ever had. Be sure to book the premium experience you will not be disappointed!
