This place has pleasant facilities, and the professionals who directly provide the services are excellent. However, the people in charge of reception and chat support are terrible, such as Paula Herrera. They never pay attention to client requests—it’s extremely frustrating because no matter how many times you repeat something, they either don’t read properly or are simply too incompetent to manage a WhatsApp conversation.
They address you incorrectly, and even when you correct them, they ignore it and continue doing the same. They don’t take previous conversations into account to stay aligned with the client, and instead make their own assumptions about services without consulting you. This should be a place that offers peace of mind from the moment you first connect with them, but it’s the complete opposite.
Even when you’re there, they don’t respect clients’ personal space—they talk loudly or laugh in a way that disrupts any sense of relaxation. It’s terrible that a place with exclusive clients has such unprofessional staff.

Carolina attended to me during my 3 hour experience. I had no idea what to expect. I came to the spa as apart of a self-discovery trip that I decided to take to explore a different country. This was the most amazing asap experience I have ever had. The ambience, environment and tranquility provided was impeccable. I can’t wait to return.

To be clear I found them under Ciel Spa but the address led me here to 5 Elementos. They said they are the same company operating under both names. I am a tourist. I dont like to be given one name and only see a different name with dropped off by Uber.
1. Booking - I give the booking on WhatsApp 5 stars but that is it. It was easy and they confirmed quickly. Now we booked under the name Ciel but when dropped off by Uber the name was 5 Elementos. We were thrown off by this. No where does it say Ciel but they confirmed they were one in the same.
2. Instructions - Once I received my booking reservation confirmation, I received a series of notices one of which said they do not accept cash as of January 2025 and whatnot. When we arrived, they demanded cash only. Luckily we had pesos. Now we had change but they said they would give it after service. What?! I was like OK. They never gave our change even after service. We did tip well afterwards, too.
3. Service - They asked if we wanted coffee or tea before service while we we wait. I asked for water. They didn't bring the water. When I asked she smelled and never got up to attempt to get it.
4. The wait: We showed up 10 minutes before massage and was seen 15 minutes afterwards.
5. Preparing for massage once in the room: I undressed but I could not sit on the massage bed because there was a candle and it clearly looked not prepared for me to sit there. So I am there have naked with no robe no where to prepare for when she came back in the room.
When she came back she removed the candle and the sheet and put it under the bed. I laid on the plastic face up. No robe or towel or sheet. Just bare the entire hour there for my deep massage. The massage itself was not bad. But the experience was horrible.
6. Afterwards I asked to use the bathroom. The water must have been off because the toilet did not flush and the water facet did not work to wash hands.
7. The place itself was not bad looking but the experience is why hey have the stars itself. Like I said you demanded cash and decided not to give me my change and didn't cover me. A few days later I booked with Ivy Wellness and they were outstanding!

My wife and I got the couples package with overnight stay. Everything was perfect! The attention to detail was great. We loved the message and facial treatment. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Dinner was delicious. Hotel stay was only a short walk away a nice play with nice amenities. And a warm breakfast the next day. Already making plans to do it again do it

The spa is located in a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived we were received well, they offered us something to drink meanwhile we waited to start. The place was clean and modest. The 2 ladies who attended us were also very kind. However, we expected an aromatic environment. Better music, aromas, and a better massage would be good to improve the place. We didn't feel so relaxed
