My experience with this dental clinic was very disappointing. I feel that some of the recommended treatments didn't truly meet my needs, which raised doubts about the criteria used for their diagnosis and treatment planning.

The initial attention was very friendly and approachable, especially during the evaluation process and before making any payments. However, once payment was received, the treatment changed noticeably. Communication became cold, impersonal, and with little interest in patient follow-up. Another aspect that caught my attention was the customer service at reception. Although they fulfill their basic duties, their attitude is often distant and unfriendly, giving the impression that attending to patients is more of an obligation than a genuine desire to serve. Overall, I didn't feel supported during the process, nor did I receive the human and professional experience I expected from a healthcare clinic. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend it and suggest that others seek second opinions before agreeing to any major treatments.

It's a very pleasant place, both in terms of its appearance and the staff's attention. I just had my teeth whitened and it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Heidy is an excellent professional. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. The initial consultation always involves a very friendly doctor who makes you pay 95% of the treatment cost upfront. After you pay, she disappears, and the previously kind and cordial service becomes a nightmare. Communication is now with a receptionist who offers no explanation. My husband paid for a treatment, and at the first appointment, the doctor only did a half-finished job because she was in a hurry. At the next appointment, he waited an hour and no one saw him. At the second appointment, another doctor appeared and treated him reluctantly. And today, he was left waiting for another hour and wasn't seen. It's truly disrespectful to patients who, in good faith, paid for treatment trusting in the doctor's professionalism.
